Packet of about 1000 vegetable seeds.
Planting instructions: Water the soil thoroughly a few hours before planting arugula seeds so that it's evenly moist but not soggy. Scatter seeds about 1/2 inch apart on the surface of the soil, and then scatter 1/4 inch of soil over the seeds. Water the soil gently after sowing, taking care not to disturb the seeds. Organic Arugula can be grown from seeds in all zones. Those who are in warmer regions (zones 8+) should plant in the fall rather than in the spring. You can start your organic Arugula seeds in your garden about 1-2 weeks before your last frost date. If you sow a row or section every 2-3 weeks you can get a continuous crop. These seeds can be dispersed evenly to create a bed of tender leaves. Arugula is a cut and come again plant so you can harvest as leaves mature.
